We’re a neighborhood taproom first and foremost, so our hours are built around when folks actually want a beer. We also operate on the ISH principle, we may close early if we're empty, we may close later if we're busy.
• Tue-Thursday 5-10ish
• Friday 5-11ish
• Sat 2-11ish
• Sun 2-10ish.
Check our social media, as times may shift for special events or holidays. We’re walk-in friendly, but for larger groups or private events we recommend reaching out ahead of time so we can make sure we’ve got space for you, especially with our events!
Absolutely—this is a community living room that happens to have really good beer. Well-behaved kids and leashed dogs are welcome with their adults in designated areas (just know that the bartender reserves the right to spoil them with pets and treats). If you’re unsure about a specific situation, shoot us a message before you come by.
We do have a small collection of games, coloring books, and toys, but please help keep the pieces together and clean up after yourselves.
We’re all about beer and good company, not a giant kitchen, so outside food is welcome unless otherwise posted. We sometimes have food trucks or pop-ups, and we’ll post those lineups on our social channels. If you’re planning a big group with a full spread, just give us a heads-up so we can make sure it fits comfortably.
Yes! We typically have non-alcoholic options like sodas, water, and sometimes NA beer/cocktails or seltzers for the designated drivers and beer breaks. We’re always happy to recommend which of our beers plays nicest with whatever you’re snacking on.
Old Louisville Brewery is full bar service: you order at the bar from our friendly humans, not a robot wall of taps. That means you can ask all the nerdy beer questions you want and we’ll help you find something you love. Tabs are welcome—just start one with a card at the bar.
